The hotel was pleasant and overall clean, had magnificent views of sea and mountains. Recently refurbished rooms and an electronic key card, pay TV and a writing table included. Efficient and hard-working staff that liked their guests. The food was tasty and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. The venue was ideally located very close to Plaza triangular. The service was very good and the pool was lovely. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Double room accommodated us perfectly.

The service at this hotel was terrible, with staff looking like they had better things to do than take orders by the pool, what a shame! I would have liked some basic kitchen items like a waste bin, and I certainly expected some complimentary treats for my inconvenience, but I guess that's too much to ask.

The room was heated and cool in general, with all amenities.

Just a well-suited match for a flash visit in Benidorm with value for money. The pool area was lovely, though it didn't get sun until later, so I had to stake out a lounger. Make sure to come early if you want to grab a spot by the pool.

Recommend it for groups looking for a lively stay

Upon arrival, I was delighted to see the hotel was impeccably clean, and the pool was excellent for a group. One night, we spent hours enjoying cocktails on the rooftop terrace, with fine views.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but I guess you pay for the good times.

The rooftop bar offers fine views and quality cocktails. The main pool area has comfortable day beds. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a wide variety. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The staff were attentive throughout our stay 🌞

The receptionist offered us complimentary drinks while we waited for our room to be ready, a nice touch. Make sure to check in early for better room selection.

Lovely Benidorm break ☀️🏖️

We loved lounging at the rooftop pool, the views are something else! Breakfast was lekker, especially the pancakes, made the mornings so much better. The staff down at the bar were great, shout-out to the lovely lady with glasses, always smiling!

The rooftop pool was a highlight, where we kicked back with refreshing cocktails and soaked in the beautiful views. After a day of exploring, we really enjoyed relaxing in the sun terrace and utilizing the outdoor pool to cool off. The only downside was that the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but it was an easy fix we didn’t let bother us. 😊

Great spot for a chilled getaway

We loved the sunny poolside vibe, and the drinks at the pool bar were pretty good too! The staff were super chill. The only bummer was that our room could get a bit noisy from neighboring guests. Breakfast was on point, lots of options to start the day right.

We loved our return to primavera, especially the rooftop infinity pool with unbeatable sea views. Breakfast was top-tier, with freshly made pancakes and a variety of items. Our junior suite was ultra-comfortable and tech-savvy.

Perfect for a family getaway

The infinity pool on the rooftop was like a scene from a movie fine views and sunsets that left us all speechless. The room was spacious and comfy with a large balcony we spent evenings just enjoying the fresh air, it was a great way to unwind after the day's activities.

While the public areas are excellent, the bedrooms could benefit from a little extra comfort, particularly in terms of drawer space and bathroom amenities. The rooftop pool can be quite chilly at first, and the pool area lacks direct sunlight until midday, which may annoy early sunbathers. It's worth noting that , I encountered a minor incident at the lower pool area that disturbed the otherwise relaxing atmosphere, and despite the lovely rooftop bar, it tended to get crowded with non-residents late at night. Another detail worth mentioning is that though the room was clean, the absence of proper shelves in the bathroom made organization a hassle.
